The flowers around the hotel hit you with their scent as soon as you arrive, and that set the tone for a really peaceful stay. I care a lot about feeling at ease on holiday, and I found that here. The family who runs the place are warm and helpful, and you can tell they put care into the little things. The food and drinks were delicious, and my room was comfortable and clean. I’m so grateful for everything. They even ordered the jasmine plant that now grows on my terrace, so I have a little reminder of Rimini and La Fenice Hotel ❤️

The staff really made the stay, especially bartender Francesco and the reception girls, who were so attentive. We also loved the view and the relaxed feel of the place. The food had lots of variety and was really tasty. Our room was spacious, modern, and had what we needed, including a particularly roomy bathroom. We had an unforgettable holiday here and will definitely come back.

This was shameful, and we’re contacting the local authorities because we expect further consequences. Our booking was cancelled by the host five days before we were due to arrive, supposedly because of a “water leakage.” I called reception, and they knew nothing about any problem with the property. Our vacation was ruined. As Italians say, UNA VERGOGNA. Book only if you’re willing to accept this kind of business.
