The staff were unfriendly and seemed unwilling to communicate in anything but Italian or Russian. The room was freezing, with windows that didn't seal and barely enough heat. Furniture was old, the bed uncomfortable, and cleanliness was poor. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy, and breakfast was meagre, with no fruit. It was a terrible stay.

Parking turned into a problem even though we'd reserved it and had confirmation before arriving. After driving about 1,500 km, we were told we couldn't leave the car there, and street parking wasn't available. They changed their minds after a brief argument. The staff were unfriendly and wouldn't even try to understand anything other than Italian or Russian. The room was ugly, with old furniture, an uncomfortable bed, poor cleanliness, and mildew on the walls. The bathroom was filthy and mouldy, and barely a bathroom at all: toilet, sink, and a shower hose on the wall with no enclosure or curtain. Breakfast was the same every day, down to the bread, ham, and cheese, with no fruit or vegetables. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't go.

The owners and staff were warm and polite, and breakfast was very good. I spent four days here while attending the Ecomondo 2024 fair. The room was clean.
