The staff were nice, and they did help when asked, though they didn't come across as especially competent. The food was fairly decent, but the choices dwindled over the days, and the salads and vegetables seemed increasingly stale. The rooms were old and unrenovated, with furniture that was sometimes unusable. Towels weren't changed for three days, the sheets were dirty when we arrived, and the extra beds in the closet were crumpled and seemed dirty, though we didn't need them because it was so hot. The shower door came off its rail. There were other smaller problems too. The light on the third floor was out on the first evening; I mentioned it at reception and it was fixed, but it was out again the next day and wasn't repaired. There was no Wi-Fi or mini fridge, but there were two safes, as if anyone needed those. The city tax had to be paid in cash. You can stay here, but only just, and the place felt quite unsanitary.

The room was the worst part. When we arrived, there were other guests' belongings in the closet, including two pairs of underwear, which made it seem like the room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. That's disgusting and completely unacceptable. We complained, but the staff only muttered that they'd sort it out and nothing changed. The food was a complete disaster too: the selection was meager, things ran out in the first 15 minutes, and nobody refilled them. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This was my first and last visit. Don't waste your money or nerves.

The staff made us feel like a nuisance and weren't remotely friendly. Rooms were neglected and dirty, especially the bathroom, which was disgraceful. Each day they only emptied the bathroom wastebasket. They didn't clean or vacuum, and we got no fresh towels. The location was the one good thing, a short walk from the beach. Some of the chef's food was prepared well, but half-board felt like half a deal. We had to eat out every evening after dinner. Don't spend your hard-earned money on this outrage; it'll ruin your vacation.
