The beds were fine, the towels dried me off well, and the toilet paper did its job. The sink and showers had water, and there were no bed bugs. It was a little dirty, which didn’t bother me. I think someone had cleaned it at least once in the past year, so good job! The staff were friendly too. There was a black stain, though. No idea what that was about 🤷♂️

The food was a real highlight, every meal was a 10 out of 10 for me. The staff were so kind and attentive, always ready to help, and their service exceeded what I expected. It made for a relaxing family holiday, and I’d happily recommend the hotel. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

The staff were kind and tried their best, and the location is genuinely good. The food was mixed: the chicken was surprisingly good, but the potatoes arrived cold and spoiled the dish. I’d expected much better lasagna in Italy, but it was bland and disappointing. The rooms were old, cramped, and in obvious need of renovation. Poorly arranged furniture made the small space feel even tighter. I’m tall, and my legs hung off the bed; I was also taller than the shower head. Even the door handle was broken, adding to the neglected feel. The service was okay, but the location alone can’t make up for the room quality and uneven meals. I wouldn’t stay again unless they renovate and improve the basic amenities.
