The bed was the one letdown. It was two single beds pushed together, which didn't feel like a proper bed, and it was really uncomfortable. Otherwise, this was a great place, with friendly, helpful staff and a building that may be the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The cleaning team do an amazing job.

We were very happy with our stay here with our two dogs. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the whole hotel was very clean. Everyone was lovely, from reception and housekeeping to the breakfast waiters. A big hello from Ava and Minnie to the wonderful receptionist Hanane, and we recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty food each day. The pool is small, but clean and refreshing, and sometimes it was even better than going to the sea. Our balcony on the top floor had an awesome view, and the room itself was nice, spacious, and clean enough. A few things held the stay back: the bed could've been more comfortable, there was no kettle or coffee setup in the room, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak enough that we mostly used mobile data. The hotel doesn't provide beach towels, which makes sense since it doesn't have its own beach. There's a deal with the beach across the street, but sunbeds and an umbrella still cost 20-25 euros a day. Overall, we had a good stay, just not quite a five-star one.

After planning this family holiday three or four months ahead and booking a three-day stay, I was told the day before arrival that our reservation had been cancelled. They said my card was invalid, even though I gave them three cards with more than enough funds, and they wouldn't give me a valid reason. I offered to transfer the full amount or pay cash when we arrived, but they said the rooms were no longer available. Are you serious? The way this was handled caused us stress and ruined what was meant to be an enjoyable family holiday. The customer service was very poor, and the staff seemed incompetent and unprofessional.
