Everything we needed for meals and towels was provided, and it looks like quite a few things had been bought recently. There’s an elevator too. The apartment is dated, but for the price it’s not bad. It’s very close to the sea and also near the road, so there’s some noise. One thing to watch for at check-in: you have to go to another property.

The evenings bring a strong smell of smoke, and the neighbors are bothered by a dog from the neighboring building. Even the faded sign reflects how poorly the whole complex is maintained. The residence needs a complete renovation, with the furniture thrown out and the building redone. Mold is everywhere: walls, furniture, behind the air conditioning units, in closets, behind the headboards and bedside tables, and in the range hood. Even after repainting, it comes back within a few days. Cleaning seems to cover the smell with air fresheners instead of fixing the issue. There are visible yellow water leaks in the bathrooms and at the entrance, plus mold in the shower, where the doors are broken, and behind the tiles. I’ve had health problems because of this.

It’s in a quiet area, with all the amenities close by, and the residence is practically right on the seafront. The apartments are comfortable and have kitchens, so they feel like home. A very nice option for a holiday in Viserba.

Shops, bars, ATMs, pharmacies, and public transport are all convenient to reach. The location is excellent, with a lovely sea view and good value. The apartment is simple but has everything you need, and the place is clean. The staff are always very kind and helpful.
