We had a wonderful time in Viserba, thanks to Residence Doral. We were a group of friends making last-minute plans, so it got a bit confusing, but the owner was kind, patient, and really helpful. We arrived before check-in time and he let us in straight away. The beach is right across from the property, and "a tutto 1€" is nearby, along with two supermarkets. The station is only 10 minutes away. Prices were very affordable, and he was even kind enough to negotiate 🥰. I've shared the link and website with everyone who's asked me. Thanks for having us, and hope to see you again soon!

The location is excellent, but that was the only good part of my stay. The whole building felt old, dirty, and run-down, and the apartments weren't looked after either. The walls were filthy, furniture was broken, and there wasn't even a basic towel rack in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor everywhere, with greasy, dirty surfaces throughout.

The owner was very kind, and the location is convenient. The apartment itself was somewhere in the middle, but the bed bug problem was everywhere: in the pillows, mattress, under the bed, and by the windows. The building needs proper sanitizing or replacement of affected items. I worry about children being bitten and possibly having an anaphylactic reaction. Please sanitize the building.
