It's a two-star residence, and I found everything to my liking. The owner was wonderful, made us feel at home, and gave us all the information we needed. The location is excellent, just steps from the sea and activities. You can also walk there from Miramare station if you arrive by train.

Residence Kimba is very close to the main amenities and just steps from the beach. The rooms were clean and had all the comforts, and prices are excellent for the area. Marco, the manager, was really friendly and helpful during my recent visit to beautiful Rimini. It was very convenient, and I'll definitely be back!

These short stays have become a bit of a habit for me. I like being close to the sea, with a quiet setting to come back to. Marco is friendly and pays attention to what guests need, and the welcome is warm every time. The apartment and room were clean and tidy again, and the price is good for what you get.

Mr. Marco was kind and always there when we had a question, which really helped us feel at home. The apartment was roomy and clean, with a washing machine, hairdryer, two TVs, and big closets. The kitchen had the essentials we needed, including a kettle and microwave. The welcome was even better than we expected.

Just a short walk from the sea and all the services, and the ground-floor apartment had all the comforts we needed. We had a really pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
