I was told by staff that the owner had ordered goods from a Ukrainian company. When the delivery took a little longer because of the terrible situation there, he reportedly reversed the payment and kept both the money and the goods, telling the company it was compensation for the delay. I believe that behavior is deeply unethical, and responsible people should avoid this hotel's services.

There were insects everywhere. When I asked the staff to arrange extermination, they said the owner had spent all the money on other things and couldn't afford the service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hosts were good, and I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is convenient for the main places, though it isn't right in the middle of everything. The amenities could have been better.

🤢 There were bugs all over the place. I asked the staff to get the place treated, but they said the owner had spent all the money ordering viagra and couldn't pay for that service. I wouldn't recommend staying here. 😖 Residence La Villetta 😖
