Really enjoyed my stay at residence Lugano 🥰

2/10
It's worn out and old, with bad drains and a lot of dirt. Fire safety seemed nonexistent. The staff were unfriendly and the service was poor. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The city is so lovely 👍 The room and kitchen were good, and the service was fantastic. I had a really nice time.

It's small and old, though it does have a good amount of security technology.
