After reserving this accommodation more than a month ahead, it was cancelled just two days before. That’s completely unacceptable, and we were very disappointed. The communication was terrible and almost ruined our holiday. I would never book this place again. Replying to the response from the residence of Marzia: Thank you for your polite and non-offensive reply. What you wrote makes me even more sorry. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I hope something got lost in translation. Are you calling me a liar, and are you really threatening me? Please check your orders again, because my reservation will definitely be there. An apology would have been enough. An insult wasn’t needed. It seems the truth hurts, and your review matters more to you than your clients. Have a nice day.

The breakfast is large, fresh, and delicious, so make sure to try it at least once. We had a lovely stay in Rimini at the Marzia residence, where Alex and Alberto were always available and took great care of us. The apartment is a very easy five-minute walk from the beach. The elevator is spacious enough for a twin stroller, too. Highly recommended, and very child friendly.

The host was quick to respond, really friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. We also enjoyed the extensive, tasty breakfast. Our room was clean and efficient, with lots of outlets, and parking right beside the rooms. There were free bikes to use and a games room as well.
