Residence Terminus

The apartments were clean and nicely decorated, and from both of the two we booked for 10 people we had a beautiful view of the beach and sunset 🌅. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There’s a lot to do in the surrounding area 🎰, and the beach in front of the hotel was great 🏖️. It has showers, clean bathrooms and changing rooms, plus basketball and volleyball. You can rent pedal boats too, so there’s plenty to enjoy.

The apartments are roomy and the location right on the beach is perfect, but parking is limited. There’s a lot of noise in the building. You can hear every word and even toilets flushing upstairs. The walls are scratched and need painting, and the bathroom could use maintenance, especially the hanging shower doors and water drains. With some attention, it could easily be a 4*+ hotel.

Being right on the beach is great, but I wouldn’t return because the service was lacking. After a few days of bad weather, we couldn’t use the beach, and we didn’t get the 40 EUR back. We’d also paid in advance through the residence for beach beds, only to find out they were at beach part 40, not part 39 right in front. No one had told us, so it’s better to book day by day at the beach. We were asked to move from the 6th floor to the 2nd after just one night. As a family of six with lots of belongings, I refused, and they said it wasn’t possible. Packing everything again for only three more nights would have been a lot of work, but in the end they let us stay. It was pretty pricey for what you get, though apparently that’s high season in Rimini and all of Italy.

The room was spacious, tidy, and had air conditioning. Having our own fridge and dishwasher was handy. The people there were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely recommend this place.
