The train tracks are very close and bothered us a little, and the kitchen could use better equipment, perhaps a toaster or dishwasher. Still, we had a very positive stay. The rooms were clean and everything worked. Staff were very helpful and agreed to wait for us when our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. We appreciated that a lot. The beach is about a five-minute walk away.

The owners are very friendly, and the residence itself is fairly new. The furniture and appliances are basic, though. You can walk to the beach, including the public beach, in about five minutes, but the railway is only a few meters away, so it's not a good pick if you want somewhere quiet. This is an area with two-star hotels, so don't expect anything especially beautiful. The price is fair.

We've been coming here for several years. First off, the owners deserve credit for always being friendly and helpful. The building is modern, and the apartments are a decent size considering everything. There's private underground parking with an elevator serving every floor. Each apartment has a small induction hob kitchen with the basic essentials. The residence is just over 100 meters from the beach and affiliated with bagno 106. Restaurants, local markets, and the metromare are also nearby. The railway is the one drawback, though the trains are quite tolerable.

Built in 2017, these apartments are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room. There's covered parking and an elevator that takes you to your floor. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. I'd suggest checking the website's virtual tour, since it gives an accurate idea of the different accommodation options.

Loredana and Fabio were so kind and genuine that we felt at ease right away. After many years away, we came back to Rimini, and staying at this residence was the best part of the trip. Our modern apartment was clean and well kept, with two large terraces you could actually use. It had a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and ironing facilities. There's also an elevator and underground parking. The sea is 100 meters away, and the area is quiet but close to everything we needed.
