We had a fantastic two-week holiday in Rimini in this penthouse studio with a large terrace. It was spacious, bright, new, and spotlessly clean, and made a comfortable base for a longer stay. Even on warmer days, it stayed airy and cool, which we really appreciated. The beach and all the local amenities were just a short stroll away, so the location worked perfectly. Staff were consistently friendly and very helpful with our questions and needs, and their hospitality added a lot to the stay. We'd highly recommend the studio for a visit to Rimini, especially a longer one, and would book it again without hesitation.

Please be careful. I went to the residence a day before my stay after 10 days of chatting with them to get all the information I needed. The girl at reception then surprised me by saying they don't provide sheets or towels, and I had to bring my own. That's crazy. She was also very rude. Rimini has plenty of beautiful places to stay and relax, so this one should be avoided.

The maisonette had plenty of room, was spotless, and came well equipped. It’s a cosy place close to the beach, and Greta and the rest of the staff were really kind and friendly.

We brought our dog and were very happy with our stay. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, and the place felt like home. It’s stylish and very clean, with a central spot that works for young couples as well as families. One of the nicest places to stay in Rimini for me. ❤️

What stood out most was how well the residence was run. Greta was always available, and the staff made us feel at home. The place is bright and welcoming, with all the comforts, close to the sea and kept impeccably clean. Our four-legged friends were welcome too, and even had bowls waiting for them, which is rare. We had an unforgettable vacation. We’d happily choose it again for our next trip to Rimini. Thanks for everything!
