The beach is only a few minutes away, and that's the one clear upside for me. The rest left a lot to be desired. Our small double room had dated decor and visible mold on the walls, and the old air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was no kettle or glasses, and very little in the way of toiletries: one small soap and one shower gel for the whole week. We got two towels each, changed only every three days unless we paid extra. Breakfast was extremely limited. Croissants were handed out one at a time, as if they were gold bars, and the so-called juices were sugary drinks with artificial coloring. Staff spoke very little English, which made communication frustrating. The room also had no soundproofing, so we could hear the hallway and neighboring rooms. The door had a simple lock and a gap underneath large enough to see light through. For a place with so little comfort or basic hospitality, the location seems to be doing all the work.

The small rooms and summer furniture could use a bit of a facelift, but the atmosphere, great service, and breakfasts make those things easier to overlook. The beach is nearby, and it's easy to get to the center of Rimini. You can find all this at a good price, so there's no need to spend a lot elsewhere.

I stayed five nights and was very satisfied. The hotel was run by a family, the father and mother, with their son as manager. I liked the breakfast setup, which helped prevent food waste since there was no self-service. It was quiet at night and felt very family-friendly.

Breakfasts were incredible, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but quite adequate, and we didn't hear any noise from the nearby airport or railway. The hotel is in a very good spot, around 15 minutes on foot from the airport, close to a bus stop, and just two minutes from the beach, with lots of restaurants nearby. I'd definitely recommend it for the quality and price.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very, very kind and friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. You're close to the train station and the beach, just across the street, with restaurants and other facilities all around. Thank you.
