We were in Rimini for our holiday from June 15 to 22 and came away extremely satisfied. The beach is only about five minutes away, and there’s a nearby market and a bar where you can buy travel tickets and such. Service at the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were kept clean with regular cleaning. Breakfast is buffet-style, with something tasty for everyone. Dinner is arranged in an interesting way, and we definitely recommend it for a chance to try Italian flavors. We travelled with our two-year-old daughter and son, and the staff and other guests were very baby-friendly. Five out of five for our hotel experience.

The food was really good and there was more than enough of it. Still, some rooms are tiny, and the noise made it hard to sleep: Carnaby disco is close, so the street fills with noisy, drunk kids. We couldn’t sleep from 2 to 4 a.m., and the nearby train was annoying too. This place is for people who can handle noise, or who are out partying themselves. By Italian standards it’s a three-star hotel, which to me means two stars by the rest of the world’s standards.

I spent two weeks here every summer from 1990 to 2004. I loved Rimini, its people, and the Bagli family, especially William and Sam. Age is what keeps me from going back now!

Everything was good: free parking, a clean swimming pool, and good food. The people running the hotel were nice.

The hotel is on a side street away from the seafront, but there’s a nightclub opposite. It gets very noisy in the early hours and made for sleepless nights. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel.
