There was mold all over the bathroom, and the TV was broken even though it still worked somehow. We paid for parking but had nowhere to leave the car. Staff came into our room without knocking while we were inside, even when someone was in the bathroom. They were very rude, and they don't speak any language besides Italian. One of the worst places I've stayed. Avoid it.

The staff were friendly, and room service was really convenient. Our room had a large balcony, which was suggested as an option for an extra €20, without any pressure. Great rooms overall. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rimini.

The food was a highlight, with a different and tasty selection each day, and the restaurant was well organized. Everyone at reception and in the restaurant was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was spotless, too. My husband and I spent five days at this fantastic hotel in Rimini and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Pretty nice and worth the price. The location is great, close to the sea and city center. Breakfast was alright.

We had a great time here. The reservation came with breakfast and bikes at no extra cost, and the staff were really polite and friendly. There's a bus stop nearby, plus lots of restaurants around. BOUNTY is one example, with cheap, delicious pasta, and the best gelateria is only 90 meters away.
