Hotel Zurigo

The food was tasty, and the small rooms were clean, but we didn't get to enjoy meals because staff kept reminding us to leave the dining room, even though we knew the breakfast hours and didn't overstay. We came as a family for a seven-day half-board stay and had a very unpleasant arrival. Mrs. Elena led an unwelcoming reception, and while the rest of the staff were fairly polite, our interactions with her were unpleasant throughout. She was generally rude and hostile toward guests. If you want to enjoy your holiday, I'd recommend avoiding this hotel.

The location is the only thing I can call a plus. I had one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. Staff were rude and unprofessional, speaking harshly and looking at me suspiciously. Even though I was a paying guest, they told me to leave while I was standing outside the hotel. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and there was no cleaning at all. Communication was nearly impossible because nobody, including the managers, spoke any English. One kitchen worker in particular, a short woman with bangs, was especially disrespectful and spoke to guests in an unacceptable, rude way. I've never seen hotel staff behave like that elsewhere. The same woman can also be seen in one of the photos I attached. Avoid this hotel. It's dirty, unfriendly, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Just awful.

Great value. The place is clean and cozy, and the staff are excellent.

Excellent stay, with air conditioning and a location close to the beach.
