I’ve never written a review of a place I’ve stayed before, but this one deserves the praise. The view of the Dolomites is stunning, and the place is exceptionally clean, with thoughtful details that meet guests’ needs. Families are well catered for, with indoor and outdoor playrooms for children of different ages. Juliane welcomed us and our daughter so warmly. Each morning, she had our daughter’s high chair, plate, and spoon ready at our table. That kind of care meant a lot to us. I’m very grateful, and we’ll definitely visit again and tell our friends about this lovely place.

Juliane and her family were such kind, welcoming hosts 🥹. The atmosphere and views were exactly what we wanted from a chalet hotel. Best chalet we’ve ever stayed in! 🙏

The host was the best I’ve ever had, and the service really made our stay. The hotel sits above the valley in a beautiful area. It’s very kid friendly, and the rooms are arranged so you can’t hear the neighbors. Everything felt new, high tech, and organic. The online photos don’t show how lovely it is in person. Breakfast was delicious and amazing. Thank you for having us.

We liked it so much that we added another night. The views are wonderful, and after a day of activities it was lovely to relax in the whirlpool and sauna. Our kids, aged 10 and 13, spent loads of time with the goats, rabbits, chickens, and two cats, and loved jumping into the natural pond. The host was very friendly and helped with all our requests. Breakfast was very good, with quality products, and the Südtirol guest card was included, giving free entry to museums. We used it daily to visit some with the kids. There are nice hiking trails nearby, and an e-bike rental shop in Mühlbach.

The host was incredibly friendly, and breakfast was decent with lots of variety. If you’re after somewhere special for a vacation, this place is amazing.
