We felt really comfortable here. Everything was very clean, and the pool and kids play room were great. The staff were super nice, the food was very good, and the location was excellent. We had a perfect family skiing vacation.

This was our second visit, after first coming as part of an organized trip. This time we took a short break between Christmas and New Year. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the food was delicious, just as we remembered. A big thank you to Ishmael, whose French or English made us feel welcome. There’s an indoor pool and sauna, though I found the pool too cold, and my wife wouldn’t use it for that reason.

We didn’t get a mountain view, though some rooms do have one, but ours was clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to the ski lift to Jochtal, and the lift for Gitschberg isn’t far either. One red slope runs from the Jochtal peak down to the hotel garden. We had a great winter break here and would happily come back. It’s a family-run place where the service makes you feel warmly welcomed, more like a VIP guest than a client. Cleanliness is taken seriously, and the food is delicious and healthy. There’s plenty for a week’s stay: a pool, sauna, comfortable armchairs that warm your back, and lovely homemade breakfast and dinner. The waiter was the best we’ve ever met. We highly recommend the ski resort and hotel Kaserhof.

The drinks were a bit pricey, though the food was pretty good. The hotel is quite nice, with direct access to piste 4 and clean, attractive rooms. The spa area is okay and has lots to do, including a small pool that isn’t heated. The sauna is very small, which can be a problem at busy times.
