Our chalet was luxurious but still comfortable, and the four nights we spent here were lovely. The family owners were warm and attentive, and the location was great for walks, snowshoeing, and other outdoor activities. Breakfast was delicious and brought to the chalet, and everything there and throughout the facilities was impeccably clean. The main spa and fitness area were fantastic. The restaurant menu could have had more variety, though. The concept feels fresh and works well if you want to relax, recharge, and look after yourself. We’ll certainly be back.

The wild chalet was spacious and came with its own sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a fireplace. We had a wonderful breakfast in our room each day, with a good range of food, including fruit, cheese, yogurt, and eggs. The outdoor pool with warm water is one of a kind, and we also had a great massage at the spa. It’s an ideal place to relax, whether you’re a couple or a family with kids.

We’ve travelled to Valsegg hotel recently, and it was the best time we could have asked for. The chalets were as clean as home and had everything we needed. Jana led an incredible staff, and they took care of every little thing we could think of. Super recommended. We’ll be back soon!

This was our second visit to this magical place, and it was the best vacation we’ve ever had again. The facilities were great for adults and kids, and the pool was an add-on we didn’t know we needed until we tried it. Everything was so clean, with incredible attention to detail. The best part by far was the service and support from the owners. They helped us with food, equipment, experiences, travel, and hiking tips, always with an open heart and a smile.

We discovered a real treasure in Valsegg Chalets, tucked into the majestic Dolomites. It’s a family-run hideaway with 17 beautifully designed chalets, a treat for anyone who loves interiors. The views stretch from the Dolomites to cozy mountain villages and endless slopes, all surrounded by stunning nature. Valsegg has a delicious restaurant and a wonderfully calming spa with different relaxation treatments. We think the Valsegg Chalets deserve five stars. We’ll be back ❤️
