The studio apartment had every comfort we needed, and the complex has a swimming pool too. It’s a very quiet, secluded spot and a great place for a relaxing holiday. Gigi was incredibly kind and helpful with all our requests, and showed us and recommended places around the island to visit during our stay. We spent four days here, which sadly wasn’t enough. We spent the middle week of August at La Chiusa. It’s an estate surrounded by greenery, with newly furnished apartments that have everything you need. The pool is spacious and elegant, and Gigi and Mario are welcoming and ready to help. You’ll need a car to enjoy your holiday here. Highly recommended!

We rented the whole residence for an intensive yoga retreat. The setting is beautiful, and it’s surrounded by lovely nature where the silence is magnificent. The owners are kind and helpful, and the management is excellent. The only slight drawback is that it’s a bit far from the sea.

The view over Rio Marina and how close it is to peaceful Nisportino were a big part of what we loved. The furnishings felt modern and well equipped, and the pool was a hit with our two kids, especially for one last swim before dinner. We stayed during the hottest week of 2019, but the evening breeze was lovely. Top marks from us.

We found it peaceful here, set outside town but only a few minutes from all the amenities. The pool has a lovely view, and the location was just as shown in the photos. We were welcomed warmly. What more could you want on Elba Island?
