The woman who rents the rooms was the best part, so friendly and helpful, and she speaks English really well. We felt like locals here, and the rooftop terrace has a lovely view over the small town and a bit of ocean. We visited Cinque Terre in April expecting tiny rooms, so the room being much bigger than we thought was a nice surprise. The building looks very old, but inside our room was new and clean. The entrance is tucked beside a restaurant, right in the middle of town. We'd recommend it if you want a local feel without giving up comfort.

We made this our base before the full-day hike through cinque Terre. It's a sweet little room in the middle of town, clean and comfy, with a nice temperature. The roof deck is a nice extra, and the staff were super friendly. The stairwell is really steep, and the wifi wasn't great, but those were minor issues. There's a photo below of the view outside our window.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even waiting for us until nearly 7 pm after we'd spent the day making flight and train connections. My wife and I would absolutely stay with these folks again whenever we're near Riomaggiore. If you're after a really comfortable stay in an amazing spot in Cinque Terre, we highly recommend them.

The room was clean and had the usual amenities, and it's handy for the train station. There are quite a few very steep steps to get up. With the window open we could hear the restaurant downstairs, but shut it and the room was very quiet.

The room was spotless and I loved the terrace. The house and location are amazing, but getting to the flat means climbing too many stairs for me. Maybe I'm just too old for that climb.
