B&B Barone

A lovely spot.

I had a great stay here. The rooms were warm, tidy, well organized, and very well soundproofed. It was easy to reach and park right outside for free. The owner was precise and discreet, and gave a very thorough description of the place. Thank you. GIOACCHINO is a wonderful person.

I’d happily stay here again. It’s right in the center of Rionero in Vulture, and the ground-floor entrance has no stairs. Free parking is conveniently available just outside the door. The apartment has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It’s functional and well equipped, with strong WiFi, very efficient hot water, a smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Alexa connected to the home automation system. The refrigerator could be better. There are pots, pans, and cutlery in the kitchen, though count the knives, there are four. You can choose a gas or induction stovetop based on the tenant’s preference. A few things to know: it feels more like an apartment rental than a B&B, since there’s no traditional morning breakfast or room tidying and cleaning service. The staff are friendly, and linen, towels, and other changes are available. The bed for a third and fourth person is a makeshift camp bed with two mattresses stacked on top, and it’s a bit uncomfortable. For two or three people it’s fine, with standard beds, including a single for the third person. There’s also a comfortable armchair in the living room. We stayed seven nights starting August 15th and paid €500 for four people. Thanks, Gioacchino.
