The pool stays open for most of the day, and it’s a lovely spot to watch the sunset. Wi-Fi by the pool is pretty fast, and the internet is otherwise okay. The rooms are spacious, but there’s no air conditioning, so when it gets stuffy you can only open the windows. At night the wind was strong enough to make quite a bit of noise. The property sits on a hill, which makes getting there a bit difficult.

We had a week in a big safari tent set up for six. The tent was really comfortable and fully equipped, even with air conditioning. When we arrived, we got a warm, helpful welcome and a clear explanation of everything. The last few kilometres are on a bumpy road, but it wasn’t a problem for us as long as we took it slowly. The view from the veranda is stunning, especially at sunset over the sea. It’s very peaceful, with no shouting or traffic passing by, and the pool is nice with plenty of space around it. Anything you need or want to do can be arranged. Their son is a wonderful host, speaks good English, and helps his mother with everything. Everything was very clean.
