We knew this was a three star hotel and were fine with basic accommodation for getting around the area. The rooms were basic but clean, and the staff worked long hours. With a few changes, the place could be much better. I wanted to share what to expect. After a 30-hour journey, we arrived hoping for a proper meal, a shower, and some sleep. The main course was one chicken leg with a few chips. The meals got worse from there: three meatballs and green beans for a main, then an apple for dessert. We were so tired that we didn't walk out, though otherwise we might have. Breakfast was good, a basic continental spread. The hot water ran out very quickly for the guests. The beds were clean, but they gave a married couple two singles. Air conditioning was available in the rooms for 5 euros a day, which isn't the end of the world, but I wish we'd known beforehand. I first gave the hotel one star, then thought it over and changed it to two. I can highly recommend the little pizza shop we found, Arte Della Pizza.

We'd read some bad reviews and were wary, but the hotel turned out to be not bad at all. The rooms were cleaned to a nice standard, and the staff were friendly and did what they could to make guests comfortable. Breakfast was good; dinner was a little dodgy. You get what you pay for, and I think the staff did a good job.

Some of the rooms are well equipped, so it seems to depend on luck. The coffee was prepared well, but the food was below average, in my opinion. Our room hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. The staff weren't the worst, though it's hard to name anything significant about the people working there.

I was really disappointed by my three-night stay. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, and there wasn't reliable hot water for a shower each day. The food selection and portions were very poor. The waitresses were unfriendly, rude, and abrupt. This never felt like a three star hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Getting there by coach is difficult, though: it's a one-way street with nowhere to turn around.
