Appartamento Don Camillo

Such amazing hospitality!

This charming old villa is just a few steps from Riposto's port. The carefully chosen furnishings give it an elegant, relaxing feel, and the large outdoor area and pool are perfect for some peace and quiet. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the soft, fragrant linens, which made us feel at home straight away. Mrs. Carla, the owner, deserves special mention. She was very kind, professional and always available, and her warm welcome made the stay even nicer. We highly recommend the place if you’re looking for tranquility, charm and genuine hospitality.

The pool was such a relaxing spot, and it was clearly well looked after. Our room was spotless and meticulously cared for, and the staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thanks for everything.

We left without staying, and they kept our money, saying it was our fault for not liking the smell. The room reeked of artificial fragrance that seemed to cover up mold and damp. The bathroom was dirty and moldy, the coats were grimy and faded, and the kitchen was a complete nightmare. Old carpets covered the floor, full of dust and what looked like a century’s worth of trash. I disliked the smell as soon as I entered. The receptionist said they’d open the windows, but two hours later nothing had improved. When I said we were leaving, she told me she didn’t care and wouldn’t refund us. We were the only guests there at the time. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Sicily. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!
