The apartment made a great base, with everything nearby in Riva. We had a wonderful stay, and the lakes and mountains around it were breathtaking. We’d definitely come back.

I found the listings frustrating: there were very few photos, and they didn’t show where the property actually was, making it hard to judge its value. Some prices seemed far too high. A buyer’s needs should be the focus in a sale, but that idea seems to have been missed here. Clearer property locations and high-resolution photos of the real surroundings would help. An apartment that looks appealing can be a letdown if it’s beside a noisy industrial warehouse or on a busy main road, wasting both the viewer’s and seller’s time. Better public relations with potential clients, along with clarity, competence, empathy, and attention to what clients need, could produce excellent results. It’s a shame.
