Garda Suite Hotel ****S - Tonelli Hotels

We paid less than the experience was worth, and there was nothing negative about our stay. The staff were quick with special requests and knew the area well. Rooms were cozy but roomy, and the whole place was remarkably clean and well cared for. There were more amenities than we had time to use, and the complimentary breakfast may be the best I've ever had. Amazing service all around. Definitely coming back.

The receptionist who checked us in made the arrival easy and welcoming. When we had trouble charging our electric car, she contacted another hotel and arranged everything for us. I can't remember her name, though I think it sounded distinctly Italian. I hope management can identify her through the guest records and reward her, because she made the stay relaxed and pleasant. Mr. Ali, the porter, was also professional and courteous. The hotel is in a wonderful, convenient location, and our balcony had a lovely, calming view. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thanks to the whole team. We hope to return soon.

Borrowing bikes at no charge made it easy and fun to see the area, and the stunning beach is only a two-minute walk away. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help when we lost a bag on the bus. Tonelli Garda Suite feels fresh and modern, and the breakfast was among the best we've had. They also put out a small snack buffet every afternoon, a lovely touch. We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back.

Parking was very convenient, and the service stayed friendly, professional and attentive throughout our four days. We were a couple in a suite, with plenty of space and a comfortable room with a beautiful view. Breakfast had lots of high-quality choices, including some vegan options and gluten-free items. The afternoon snack buffet was delicious too. A perfect stay for us, and we'll definitely return.
