We always felt safe here, and the people were welcoming and helpful. The premises were clean, the location central, and getting around the city by public transport was easy and convenient. I’d highly recommend it to tourists visiting beautiful Naples.

Cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket are all within walking distance, and the historic old town and metro are just around the corner. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the main train station, so it’s a great base for exploring Naples. Our superior room was very spacious, with a small balcony, a little minibar, and a Nespresso machine. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. The small elevator worked well. The hotel is clean, beautiful, modern, and set in a central old town house. It’s noisy facing the street, but the closed windows keep the sound out, and there’s air conditioning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast.

It took us a moment to find the entrance, since the hotel is inside a shared office building, but once inside it felt unique, spacious, and homely. The staff were extremely helpful and showed us around the hotel and rooms. They provide everything from basic amenities to a smart TV, plus food recommendations that were really useful. We did wish the rooms were a little cleaner. The location is right in the heart of the city, at Duomo station, one stop from Napoli Centrale (Garibaldi Station), and surrounded by great restaurants. It’s easy to get to, and we’d definitely choose to stay here again.

Everyone on staff was so helpful and honest while we were there, and they can arrange private transportation. The rooms were modern and convenient. It’s a great bed and breakfast location, with the port, train station, restaurants, and shopping areas all within walking distance.
