The lady at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating, and our room was fantastic, right in the middle of chiaia. It was a little hard to find, and the building entrance looked quite rustic. Then you go up the stairs and see the Royal Rooms logo and modern sliding door, and it's a treat. I highly recommend this location for a stay in Naples.

We had room #3 for a week. It was quite small, as the photos showed, and fairly modern, but there wasn't much storage. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, though storage was limited there too. The walls were thin, so we could hear the neighbors. The staff were efficient every day. The room is on the first floor of a building, with an elevator if needed. It's only steps from the metro and the port, a perfect spot for a walking holiday with public transport close by.

The sea is close enough for lovely views, even though the property sits right on the road. Check-in and checkout were simple to handle on my own, with clear travel details sent through personal chat. There’s no breakfast, but I’d recommend it for a night or a business trip.
