Hotel Nuovo Diana

The staff were incredibly friendly, and a special thank-you to LUCA, who looked after us from the time we booked and welcomed us so warmly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It's also close to the stadium and metro, with downtown just 20 minutes away. I stayed one night after the game and will be back. We stopped by while trying to find somewhere for a three-hour stay. The staff weren't at reception and called down to us from an upstairs floor, where the lights were off. They gave us a very cold “yes,” had us go up, then left us in the dark while they called a colleague. From the second-floor corridor, he wanted us to pay and show our IDs, still in the dark and in the hallway. We didn't go in because they wouldn't take cards. In 2022, I find it absurd not to have a POS, and I doubt we would have been given a receipt anyway. I'll never return.

I'd choose Nuovo Diana again for the value. I stayed three days, and the rooms were fairly clean and spacious, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. There are several garages nearby if you're arriving by car. The area has plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, and the metro is just steps away. A few stops take you around to see all that Naples has to offer.

The welcome was wonderful, and Mrs. Lucia was incredibly kind and helpful. I stayed with my daughter, and we had a great time. It's a clean hotel with all the comforts. We'll be back soon, and thanks for everything!
