There were ants in the bed on our first night, the shower had mold, and the mini fridge was loud without keeping things cold. The place was shabby, though reasonably clean in other respects and about what the price suggested. Getting in was a hassle too. We couldn't find the apartment, and after calling the number on the booking, it took 15 minutes to get inside. The man who let us in barely spoke English, showed us the shared breakfast area, handed over the keys, and left. Breakfast was just packaged cookies, croissants, and other things in a basket in our room. There was a place to make coffee and tea in the shared entrance, at least. It was cheap-ish, but the room really wasn't acceptable. Seriously, don't stay here, especially if bugs and a moldy shower are a problem for you.

The room was clean, and the stay was decent. Just be aware that the windows aren't soundproof, so it can get a bit noisy at night.

The staff were kind and really helpful, and Marianna especially made us feel at home. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. We spent two nights here, and the location worked very well for exploring Naples. We hope to come back soon. Best wishes, Alessia and Daniele (Rome)

We couldn't shower because there was no hot water early in the morning, and a call to reception didn't fix it. Breakfast wasn't provided either. Then, although we had paid for checkout at 11:00 AM, they made my son and me leave at 10:00 AM, without breakfast or a shower, an hour before the time we'd paid for. When I complained, they said they'd go back to Rome. Completely avoidable. The reception employee should be fired immediately.
