Giacomo was such a kind and thoughtful host. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an elegant look and a balcony. The coastal promenade is nearby, along with plenty of shops and restaurants.

This really spoiled the start of our holiday. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on Booking, and we were charged extra without being told beforehand. When I complained, they marked on Booking that I hadn't stayed at the property. The service was a complete disaster.

The staff were lovely, professional, and quick to help with transport or suggestions for hidden local gems. My room was spotless and spacious, with elegant decor and a really comfortable bed.

Avoid this place. We followed the key pickup instructions and ended up stranded outside with our bags. The bar we were directed to had no idea about the property, even after we showed the messages. At 8pm we had to find and pay for another hotel at the last minute. They cancelled our Booking.com reservation so we couldn't leave a review, and said we hadn't shown up. But they told Booking and our credit card provider that the stay had been completed, so we couldn't get a refund.

The location made my Naples vacation fantastic. The seafront and city center were just a few minutes away, and the nearby metro stops got me to the station without needing a taxi. I stayed for three nights, and the room was very nice with excellent service. Excellent.
