The apartment is compact, but it's new and well looked after. The owner was incredibly attentive and helpful with my needs, more than I've experienced elsewhere. It's just steps from Chiaia, Piazza del Plebiscito, the seafront, and the Spanish Quarter, and the value is unbeatable. I think it's the best B&B in central Naples. Highly recommended!

The welcome was very sketchy, cleanliness was almost nonexistent, and since the apartment is on the ground floor, it has no windows. That left us with an unpleasant stay and no fond memories, despite the extraordinary location, just steps from Piazza Plebiscito and the Spanish Quarter, practically on the corner of Via Toledo. Thanks to Gianluca for trying to put things right. Still, the apartment isn't pleasant at all. He should focus on comfort and, above all, cleanliness, because that's what could make a stay here at least acceptable.
The photos don't show what you actually get. It felt like a rat cage, with tiny windows that barely let you breathe. The bed was large but the mattress was small, and getting out of it felt like a risk. The outlets were visibly fixed to the wall, but when you unplugged them, part of the wall came away too. The bathroom was barely decent and didn't even have a mirror. To reach the B&B, you have to go down a visibly filthy corridor lined with garbage cans. In short, there's no way out in case of fire. The room smelled of mold and was under the stairs. It was so damp that the towels barely dried enough to use again the next day, and even the sheets felt cold and clammy. We stayed three days and had to practically beg for towels. They eventually gave us two large, two medium, and two small ones after we showed the receptionist how damp the room was by having him touch the linens. In that heat, that meant showering every day. There wasn't even a bath mat, so I had to use a towel to avoid slipping. The kitchenette had no detergent to wash a glass, the shampoo and shower gel container was empty, and the fridge didn't even have a bottle of water. Apart from the excellent location, everything was truly scandalous. The room had no window. Negative review.
Right in the heart of Naples, just a short walk from Piazza del Plebiscito and the Spanish Quarter. The apartment was clean and tidy, with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and the staff were friendly and super helpful. Recommended.
