The staff were so accommodating and friendly, and the whole visit felt pleasant. My partner and I came for two nights to celebrate his 30th birthday. We liked the hotel’s spot, about a 20-minute walk from the town centre, and the view is beautiful. There’s also a roof terrace with sun beds, and breakfast had a really good range of choices. The private spa was a highlight. Having it all to ourselves was bliss, and €40 per person for 90 minutes felt like good value. We also rented the hotel’s e-bikes for the day at €40 per person and cycled to Lake Tenno, which is a must-do and made for a great day. Our room had plenty of bathroom supplies, including shampoo, body wash, cotton pads, and earbuds. The coffee setup was disappointing, though, just a kettle and tea bags, without coffee or milk. The walls were thin, and noise from the hallway and other rooms disturbed our sleep. The pool was meant to be heated but was very cold. Those issues account for the four stars, though we still had a lovely stay and would consider coming back.

The breakfast was a favorite, especially having good gluten-free choices. The staff were warm, smiling, and ready to help, so I felt looked after throughout my stay. At Mirage Front Lake Hotel, everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. My experience exceeded expectations, and I’d gladly return.

The views are stunning, and the hotel has a relaxed feel. You can follow the lake into town on foot. It was very clean, the staff were helpful, and the location is great. I’d recommend the private spa, which was a highlight. The only drawback was that the hotel didn’t really offer food or dinner service, though hotel Lora next door had fantastic pizza to eat in or take away.

The free bikes were the best part, and breakfast was tasty too. Lara was really helpful and welcoming while I was there. The Wi-Fi was frustrating. I had to log in again every two minutes, entering my full name and room number each time. I told the team, but they couldn’t really do anything about it. When the season rules mean they can’t switch on the air conditioning, a plug-in fan in the room would help. Mine was quite hot, and the only way to cool it was to open the door, letting in street noise and mosquitoes.

The room was very clean and had a lovely view of the mountains and lake. Lara at reception gave us a great welcome and was flexible, and Katia was so lovely, always smiling. Hope to see you again soon!
