The location made everything easy: Garda beach and Poli Supermarket were both about a five-minute walk away, and the supermarket had plenty of ready-made and fresh food. We had a lovely birthday stay for my wife and would happily recommend the apartments. We also found that booking through Residence Alle Palme's website was often a little cheaper than booking.com, at least with our Genius 1 and 2 levels. We stayed in a bright, clean, cozy 80 sq. m. two-bedroom apartment, with everything working well, from the microwave and dishwasher to our own whirlpool bath. The Owner and Her Family were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them about all sorts of things, related to Garda and otherwise :D There was a washing and drying machine in the Residence's yard. On the Villa's grounds, guests could use a children's pool, a whirlpool bath for about four people, exercise machines, table tennis, and free bicycles. Reception was open at least from 9.00 till 19.00, and the staff were very welcoming and easy to reach with questions. There is underground parking, but our car had low ground clearance, so we parked outside on the Alle Palme territory instead. The fee was the same, 10 EUR per day.

The apartment was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. Since we were self-catering, I expected to manage on our own, but we could ask for fresh towels and sheets whenever we wanted, and there was a washing machine and dryer available for our laundry. The owner and her employees were wonderful, so friendly that we felt like we'd gained an extended family by staying here. My Family and I have had a lovely time. It's a shame we go home in two days.

We were glad our apartment was ready for an early check-in. It was very clean and all the facilities worked as they should. The pool area was lovely and fairly quiet during our stay, and we borrowed bikes from the apartment for a small deposit. Town centre was 5-10 minutes away, and the beach took about 15 minutes to reach. Excellent location.

The staff were the real highlight, so helpful, upbeat, welcoming, and pleasant. The place itself is very comfortable and well placed near the old city, restaurants, beach, ferry, and supermarkets. Highly recommend!
