The wellness center, Punta di Diamante del Relais, is a lovely way to warm up after a day skiing. Special credit to Roberto, who kept believing in his business project through a thousand difficulties. It’s now a real gem for the whole neighborhood. From our first phone call, the reservations manager made us feel cared for with such courtesy and kindness. It’s hard to find a place like this in Abruzzo, with so much attention to detail: the furnishings and paintings, the scent of the rooms, and the careful upkeep and cleanliness of shared areas. Everything is brand new, nothing feels left to chance, and guests are looked after so well. An exceptional experience!

I’m local, so I haven’t stayed overnight, but I’ve been to the spa several times. It’s a cozy, welcoming little gem, built in wood and stone, and it’s extremely clean. There’s a Turkish bath, sauna, color showers, chaise lounges, a herbal tea corner, a lovely fireplace, and a beautiful whirlpool tub with a waterfall neck massage. Valentina is so kind and welcoming, too. Highly recommended ✌🏻

The in-room breakfast was satisfying, and the front desk gave us useful suggestions for seeing the area. We had the suite with a hot tub, and the property was charming and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave excellent service. They also noticed a small problem during our stay and dealt with it properly. Nicely done. We’ll be back.

My company arranged a three-night stay. The spa was impressive, though only acceptable overall, and some problems only became clear later. Prices were very high. We had a little wine brought to the spa, then were charged €300 for two bottles that weren’t high-end. A shame.
