The staff were amazing, and the location was perfect for getting around, about a 10-minute drive to everywhere.

Hotel Victoria in Rivisondoli is close to the center, with comfortable rooms. A lovely spot for a weekend in the snow or just to unwind.

We spent two nights and three days here, and everything was just right. Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent. I’d highly recommend it!

I really liked the slightly vintage style, and the hotel is charming and right in the center. Everyone was kind and empathetic, and the staff were especially helpful and capable. The breakfast and dinner package was spot on. But the TV incident left a bad impression. In one of the photos you can see its power cable hanging in front of the shelf it sits on. That doesn’t seem safe in a place visited by lots of families. My wife was walking by, her very curly hair caught the cable, and the TV fell onto her head. We reported it and paid for the TV. The cable was in a completely unsuitable position, and management didn’t ask whether she was hurt or needed anything. The staff, though, were attentive and asked if we needed anything.

The kitchen and dining room crew were truly exceptional, and the reception team were so kind and helpful too. We stayed four days and were very happy with everything. The rooms were spotlessly clean. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it.
