Rivoli Hotel

The bedding was the hardest part of my stay. It’s made up of an odd three-layer blanket arrangement that’s uncomfortable and awkward to sleep under. I imagine making those beds every day is frustrating for the staff too. Proper duvets or newer bedding would make a big difference. The room sockets also caused me inconvenience. There’s a lot of space here, and the rooms are notably large. But the decor, from the furniture to the overall look, feels stuck in the 90s and needs updating. The hotel is busy, with people constantly coming and going, so the shared areas can feel hectic.

The staff are friendly, and Salvatore and Michele are always smiling. They offer a glass of prosecco when you arrive, and breakfast is good. It’s close to Rivoli center and a nice place to stay. The outdoor jacuzzi is only available in summer. Just avoid a room near the lift, it’s noisy all night.

I brought 45 customers to the hotel, and everything went really well. Breakfast was perfect, and Nicoletta in the restaurant was like a wonder woman, so quick and helpful. Sara at reception was especially warm and friendly with me and my customers. Hope to see you again soon 🙏☺️

The pool was clean and well organized. The lifeguard was very professional, checked the area regularly, and tidied things up when people left. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the table staff kept clearing and refilling so there was always somewhere to sit. The front desk staff were immaculate in their presentation, efficient, cheerful, and happy to help with anything. My room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, overlooking the gardens. It was a little dated, but good. The hotel itself is very well presented.
