La Collina Del Tartufo

We only gave four stars because the children found the pull-out bed uncomfortable. The apartment worked well for our family of four, with a large room and bathroom for us parents, and the kids sleeping in the living room/kitchen. We managed to book it at the last minute after rain spoiled half a week at another place. The setting is beautiful, with lovely views, and the pool is delightful and well cared for. The owners were wonderfully friendly and hospitable. We don't speak Italian and the owner only speaks a little English, but after a couple of aperitifs it stopped being an issue. When we got a flat tire, they helped us sort it out, and even drove us to the village festival in Ascoli Pisceno.

Fabio and Carla were so friendly and helpful, which made our holiday even better. The property has a lovely view, and there are plenty of places to visit nearby, or you can head to the beach. Superb!!!

We spent five nights here and came away feeling properly relaxed. It's a beautiful, peaceful place, and with the splendid pool and whirlpool available at any time of day, we didn't feel a need to go out every day. Looking up at the stars beside the pool at night was wonderful. Fabio and his family kindly helped us with every little thing. Thank you, we'll definitely come back.

The views are breathtaking, and everything is kept in good shape. The welcoming apartments have all you need for a comfortable stay. It's great for families, and pets are welcome too. The owner is friendly and always available. We'd love to come back, maybe in summer so we can use the outdoor pool as well.
