The ski lifts were only a 10-minute drive away, and there's a great restaurant right across from the hotel. My partner and I had a wonderful skiing weekend here. The place has the feel of a classic mountain lodge, with some modern touches and comforts. It's elegant, very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the private parking in the courtyard. The location is peaceful, yet the center of Roccaraso is just a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast was a real highlight, all homemade with fresh, delicious ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel.

We found this beautiful hotel in the center of Roccaraso completely by chance and had a fantastic weekend. The rooms are carefully and elegantly furnished, and both the shared spaces and bedrooms were spotless. Breakfast was very good, especially the sweet options and the range of cakes they make themselves. I can't think of anything to fault. One small suggestion: they might consider an extra charge for check-ins after 21. With a little planning on the guests' side, though, the current arrangement works fine too.

Their genuine passion comes through in the thoughtful, discreet attention they give guests, and you feel like a guest in their home. Daniela was always smiling, kind, and considerate, and made us feel looked after throughout our stay. At the Boutique Hotel Il Riccio in Roccaraso, every detail feels carefully chosen. The rooms are elegant and refined, with furnishings that fit the mountain setting and little touches that make them welcoming and sophisticated. It's a special place for anyone who values thoughtful details, elegance, and a sincere welcome that stays with you. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

The location was great for evening walks, with lots of restaurants nearby, and the transfer service to the ski slopes was top-notch. We also really enjoyed the bar service at breakfast and for aperitifs. The food was delicious and the atmosphere lovely. The property itself is warm and welcoming, with wood throughout and everything beautifully maintained. I loved sitting by the fireplace! Cleanliness was impeccable, and the homemade cakes the owners made each evening for the next morning's breakfast were such a treat, delicious and clearly made with love ❤️. The owner was fantastic, always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. I had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.
