The garden and pool are kept beautifully, and we felt at ease throughout our four nights at the agriturismo. Gabriella and her family were warm and happy to help with all our questions. We’d gladly recommend staying here.
A car is needed because the property is a little out of the way. The apartment itself was cozy and relaxing, with air conditioning and a small terrace, and the roomy pool is close by. Our hosts were lovely, very friendly, and welcoming to dogs. There aren’t mosquito screens, though, which made sleeping hard unless you use repellent or spray. You’ll need to air the place out sometimes. Still, it’s a nice spot to unwind.
We had two wonderful, restful weeks here and recommend the place to everyone. Thank you to Marika, Giulio, and his parents for making us feel so welcome, and for all the lovely treats, especially the delicious desserts. A big hug to you all. Avignone Family
Five years passed before we finally made it back to Il Sughereto, a place that’s stayed close to our hearts. The people are fantastic, and the setting is wonderful. We feel practically at home here and highly recommend it.
I only went to see the orchid greenhouse, I didn’t stay at the farmhouse.
