They seemed inexperienced and were rather unfriendly, and I felt they were trying to be clever about the booking. We booked a double room, but they said we'd booked a room with a French bed, then offered a double room if we paid the difference. There were mosquitoes everywhere, too.

There’s no elevator up to the second-floor rooms, and the Wi-Fi is fairly slow. In the room, five outlets worked and the furnishings were new. But on the second day they took away the soap, and on another day the linens were removed. Parking right in front of the entrance was convenient.

There’s plenty of parking on site, and the hotel is new and well kept. It’s in an excellent spot for exploring the Langhe. The bathrooms are a little small and don’t have a bidet.

The place is new and clean, but the welcome was extremely unfriendly. It felt expensive for what was offered. Make sure the costs are explained clearly, so you don’t get surprises like we did.

We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator. The room itself was clean, but there was no central heating. We had to turn on the bathroom heater and leave the bathroom door open to warm the room, which honestly wasn’t pleasant. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a positive experience.
