Dinner was the highlight, with the care and feel of a high-end restaurant. The hosts were impressively kind, and the service was among the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. Marlene, the hostess, especially made sure every request was taken care of and that we felt comfortable. Kudos to the people running the place.

A good choice if you want a small, family-run hotel. The food is very good and they pay attention to details. I’d improve the relaxation area and the Wi-Fi coverage. It was disappointing that Wi-Fi gets switched off in the lounge overnight.

The location is handy for exploring the whole Pusteria Valley, and the staff are kind, helpful, and attentive. Every part of the hotel, including the rooms, was spotless and carefully looked after. Breakfast had consistently fresh, high-quality organic products, and dinner was just as impressive, with carefully prepared dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. One tip: choose a suite if having a bidet in your room matters to you.

We had a great stay at the Tirolerhof. The sauna area was everything we wanted, and the food was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’d highly recommend visiting.
