Total relaxation.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were welcoming, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is just steps from the sea, so getting to the beach was easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The entertainment team was a real bright spot. They were lovely, kind, and fun, paid attention to the kids, and got them involved. The sea is close too: cross one street and you’re on the beach, with an umbrella and loungers assigned to each room. Sadly, the rest of the stay was marked by disorganization. I’ve never seen anything like it, not even in hostels in Italy’s most remote villages. The property has real potential, but it needs more attentive management across the different areas and a full renovation. It feels stuck in the 1970s. The balance is due on arrival, and the tourist tax has to be paid in cash. The common areas were often dirty. A cat regularly lounged and groomed itself on the fabric sofas, and staff never moved it. That could put guests with allergies at serious risk if they sat there. Most of the reception staff tried their best to meet requests, apart from one, and it seemed clear the problems came from the wider lack of organization, not from them. We stayed the week after mid-August. There’s a lot that could be improved, but the place does have potential if it’s managed better.
