The location is lovely, though the cemetery right next door is a shame. The owner and staff were kind and tried to help, but the place seemed poorly equipped for the low season, so I'd avoid coming then. The bungalow was damp, and the heat pump couldn't get the moisture out of the bed or towels. The sheets hadn't been ironed. Breakfast was forgettable: no milk, hot or cold, no hot water for tea, and no cappuccino. There were just a few little croissants without jam or cream, and very little fruit. Hot water was only available at set times.

Maria and the whole staff deserve a special thank you. They were attentive, friendly, and always there when needed, which made our time at this welcoming, carefully kept restaurant even better. The food was a real highlight too, with quality ingredients and lovely presentation. Every course came as a pleasant surprise. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Highly recommend it for the food and the service.
