Residence Parco Del Sole

The location is the main thing this residence has going for it, and overall it’s decent. The apartments need serious maintenance, though. Ours was small and basic, with a bathroom in very poor condition and no bathroom set, such as towels or paper towels. There were no remotes for the TV or air conditioning, so I had to go to reception several times. I’d requested double-bed linens before arrival, but the mattress cover was covered in hair and the bed still hadn’t been made. Air conditioning, linen, and bathroom sets are charged separately.

The staff are what make Parco del Sole special. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Katja, the owner, was extraordinary, always smiling and helpful, and Marialí greeted us every morning with lovely cappuccinos and such rare kindness. My wife, daughters, and I spent three weeks there, and it was unforgettable. The place is about 2 km from Lido del Sole, beautifully kept, spotless, and surrounded by greenery. The apartments are new, spacious, bright, and comfortable, with everything working properly. It’s a peaceful spot to relax, with a wonderful pool, elegant statues, and a breathtaking view. There’s an internal path through nature that makes the walk to the beach pleasant and takes about 10 minutes. We’ve been to Gargano many times, but have never found an establishment this beautiful, efficient, and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back, and can’t wait!

The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, yet still not far from the sea. Our stay was pleasant and satisfying, with a competent, helpful team. Katia, the owner, and the whole residence staff were kind and friendly. The room cleaning was excellent, and the fresh fish dishes were excellent too, made with top-quality ingredients and careful attention to detail.

We stayed here for the first time in the last week of July, and will definitely see you again. The kindness and courtesy of the staff really stood out, as did the good food. A heartfelt thanks to Luana in the dining room, where she handles breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for her professionalism, politeness, and exquisite kindness. Thanks to the beach club as well, we had a truly wonderful time. The hotel could use more maintenance and care overall. After a few days, though, the flaws faded into the background and the warmth of the staff kept standing out. Best regards.
