We spent our time in a quiet, natural haven outside the city, and I'd love to return. Federica and Andrea are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at home in the peaceful place they've created. The rooms and grounds were spotlessly clean, well cared for, and full of character. There's a lovely pool for soaking up the sun, plus a kitchen where breakfast is provided and you can cook or barbecue whatever you need. Their three dogs, Pakino, Prugna, and Oliva, are adorable and add to the charm. Rome is easy to reach by bus, on foot, or by taxi, and there are fascinating local historical sights to see. Andrea and Federica were helpful with planning our itinerary and could also arrange airport transfers, which was very convenient. I couldn't find fault with anything. Don't hesitate to book this place run by interesting, genuine people. Highly recommended. Thank you, guys!

We had a wonderful short stay at the Appia Antica Cottage in Rome, and the accommodations were fantastic. Andrea and Federica were amazing hosts. We loved having breakfast in the kitchen area, then finishing the day with wine on the patio and a swim in the pool. We'll definitely return next time we're in Rome.

The pool and green spaces were lovely, and our hosts were friendly and always available. It felt like a little paradise in Rome, and we're definitely coming back. Highly recommended. A special mention for the three lovely dogs, Pachino, Prugna e Oliva.

The trip to the Colosseum takes about 30 minutes by bus and on foot, and Termini station is around 45 minutes by bus and metro. That daily commute is absolutely worth it for this lovely home away from the city's bustle. The garden and pool are beautiful, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen has everything you need. The hosts were extremely nice and their two dogs are friendly.
