It's set up as a B&B, though everything is self-service and communication is through Whatsapp. You'll need a phone with internet to get into the property, but that wasn't a problem for me. The room was clean and spacious, and the AC was a real blessing. It's only a few minutes from Roma termini if you leave by the east exit. It felt like a home away from home, and I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

The place was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. Mr. Cristiano and Mr. Marco were genuinely kind and young, and happy to answer any questions. It's in a great location, with a quiet, tidy atmosphere that suited a stay in Rome perfectly.

The room was comfortable and everything worked. We stayed for two nights and were happy with it. The mobile phone entry system was really convenient, and breakfast was available even though it wasn't included in our rate. There was tea, coffee pods and a coffee machine, packaged croissants, biscuits, cereal, sliced bread and jam. Being on foot, we found the location handy, with public transport close by. The area around the station isn't the nicest in terms of people around, as can happen in city station areas.

You need a phone with internet to check in, and everything is self-service. That was fine for me. The rooms were impeccably clean, and breakfast was excellent. The location near Termini station was fantastic. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely come back.
